All products are approved for sale in the UK and have undergone testing to BS 7114:Part2:1988 and EU equivalent regulations.

Legal firing times

In the United Kingdom, there are set legal times in which fireworks can be activated. Fireworks must not be lit after 11pm except for the following occasions:

New Years Eve: 1am
Chinese New Year & Diwali (and its proceeding three days, respectively): 1am
November 5th: Midnight

Any fireworks lit and fired after this time can be viewed as a criminal offence, PyroDisplays.co.uk accepts no responsibility for any legal action following the activation of a firework after the legal time.

Our display teams will not begin displays if there is not ample time to complete the display within the legal timeframes. For any delays caused by external factors, refunds may not be issued if the display team arrives in good time for the event.

It is illegal to let fireworks off in the street or a public place. You should only let fireworks off on private land such as your garden or on land where you have the landowner’s permission.

Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the website. The changes will apply to the use of the PyroDisplays.co.uk Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the the Online Stores. If you continue to use our service after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the service indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

Registration
