Home delivery orders, customers will be notified of their order status once dispatched by SMS.

PyroDisplays.co.uk will endeavour to meet any shipping requirements stated, but please do allow ample time for your order to arrive, especially during peak times.

For all home delivery orders, an adult aged 18 and over must be present to accept delivery, any re-deliveries may incur a charge.

We reserve the right to substitute any out of stock items. Replacement items will be the same or higher priced than the originally ordered item

Deliveries will only be made within a select radius, please see our checkout page for more information. Our minimum order is £50, any orders below this limit will be subject to a £10 delivery charge.

Shortages must be reported in writing within 3 working days.
